Technical After Sales Support

Job title: Technical After Sales Support

Location: Alfreton

Contract Details: Temporary ongoing- potential for permanent.

Working Pattern: Full Time, 40 hours a week

Hourly rate: 12.50 - 14.42 an hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with clients.
• Prepare, manage, and present commercial proposals for repairs and new materials.
• Handle Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for broken pieces received from clients.
• Conduct repairs when possible to ensure optimal client satisfaction.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic systems.
• Previous experience in the railway industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and commercial skills to engage effectively with clients.
• Ability to drive a van for client visits and material deliveries.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving license.
• Willingness to travel across the UK as needed.
