Tech Bus Dev Manager, Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF)

DESCRIPTION
The Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) team is seeking a strong professional to spearhead our adoption, commitment and development of key partnership plans with our largest partners, including social channels, ISVs, and eCommerce channels in the UK and Germany. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in negotiating and launching partnership plans for technically-oriented products (such as apps and integrations between partners), ideally in the logistic space.

MCF is using these foundations and is now looking to redefine how customers shop online, and how businesses utilize Amazon's capabilities to fulfill orders for shoppers regardless of where the transaction occurs.
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative professional to build strategic partnerships with eCommerce partners to improve our merchants and shoppers experience. This is a pivotal role in a high-growth business that offers candidates the ability to create a vision and collaborate with senior leaders across Amazon and with key external partners. The candidate should possess business acumen and strong interpersonal skills to launch partnerships with strategic significance. You will negotiate, develop, drive and manage execution of strategic partnerships and GTM plans and collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Sales and Marketing.
You are a data-driven, clear communicator (both written and verbal), organized, and have a proven track record of getting things done.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Set a strategy and partners pipeline for 2-3 of MCF international regions (UK and Germany to start).
  2. Set and execute strategy for engaging with partners and technology companies, including prioritizing potential partners, coordinating partner execution, negotiating agreements and managing ongoing relationships.
  3. Work closely with internal and external product teams to deliver new products and services.
  4. Serve as a key member of the Partnership team in defining and delivering partner strategies.
  5. Align partner activities with internal teams, mainly Marketing, Product, Legal, Sales.
  6. Have a complete understanding of the customer's needs, both existing and potential, and use that knowledge to advocate for and drive delivery of partnerships, products and features that provide excellent customer experience.
  7. Create pitch deck and business plans for new opportunities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements
  2. Experience in a professional field or military
  3. Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  4. Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  2. Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
