Team Support Coordinator
Full-Time | £30,000 – £36,000 | Remote with occasional travel to Warwickshire/Stowe
We’re partnering with a purpose-driven not-for-profit organisation within the education sector to find an exceptional Team Support Coordinator – someone who is highly organised, personable, and intellectually sharp, with the confidence to engage professionally with schools and stakeholders. This is a brilliant opportunity to support a growing and mission-led team delivering enrichment programmes to schools across the UK. You’ll be the calm, capable presence supporting three senior managers and acting as a vital link between internal teams, schools, and external partners.

About the Role:
As Team Support Coordinator, you’ll be the operational and communication hub of a busy team. The role is varied, fast-paced, and people-focused — perfect for someone who enjoys making things happen behind the scenes while also being comfortable engaging with a wide range of contacts.

While this is not a sales role, you will occasionally speak with schools or stakeholders considering the organisation’s services — so a confident, helpful, and solution-oriented communication style is essential. You’ll need to understand the value of what the organisation offers and be able to convey that with warmth, clarity, and enthusiasm.

This role is fully remote, with occasional team meetings in Warwickshire or Stowe. It would suit someone who’s happy working independently but thrives on collaboration and communication.
