Job description

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK employing around 40,000 staff in a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professions and job roles. We deliver acute hospital, primary, community, and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.

The shift pattern for this position is Monday to Friday, 10-2. Hours are negotiable.

(Please note the salary is Pro Rata) for part-time hours.

The post holder will be responsible for providing secretarial support to the Mental Health Services, including the Community Mental Health Teams, Addictions, and Learning Disabilities. The candidate must demonstrate that they can work on their own without supervision and have excellent organizational skills and be self-motivated. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be enthusiastic, and a team player. The candidate should demonstrate that they have previous secretarial experience, ideally working in an NHS environment.
