Job Description

Our client, a successful and well-established Executive Search firm, are looking for a Team Assistant to provide support to the Managing Director and wider team (& ad hoc support to the Chairman). You will be working in beautiful townhouse offices near Marble Arch, supporting a personable and growing team. Exceptional organisation, discretion and trustworthiness are paramount to this role.

The ideal candidate will be passionate, tenacious and value integrity and hard work above all else. For someone who wants to get stuck in and enjoy a busy, varied role, this is a fabulous opportunity! The role offers 4 days in office, and one day WFH (on a Friday). This role would suit a recent graduate or perhaps someone who has done a secretarial course.

Duties will include:

Team Administration:

  1. Complete inbox, diary and LinkedIn management, prioritising as appropriate
  2. Preparing, editing, and proofreading a range of documents for client & candidate meetings

Office Administration:

  1. Meeting and greeting guests
  2. Expenses
  3. Onboarding new starters (interns & juniors)
  4. Maintaining a welcoming and enjoyable office space
  5. Online presence of the company – website and LinkedIn
  6. Office supplies, stationary, plants & snacks
  7. Meeting room preparation

Personal:

  1. Booking restaurants, travel, sports events, medical appointments for MD
  2. Managing MD's personal bills, insurance and renewals (household bills, car insurance, MOTs etc.)
