POSITION SUMMARY:
Experience in chemical production background or of production operations would be preferable and training will be given over 6 months for you to succeed in your role. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to, the following:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: GCSE level essential. Higher qualifications in a chemical or engineering discipline desirable.
Experience: Ideally experience in a chemical production background. A good knowledge of health and safety, especially with respect to hazardous chemicals. Otherwise, significant experience of production operations, preferably within a GMP manufacturing environment. Engineering skills desirable.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office applications: Basic knowledge is essential, Intermediate is desirable.
License/Certifications: Current Forklift truck license an advantage.
COMPETENCIES/CONDUCT:
Operate in a flexible manner to achieve the set goals. Requires training in many activities and being able to apply that knowledge across the various production streams.
