We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager who can lead with innovation and enthusiasm. You will join a multi-agency team committed to delivering stellar services to young individuals and their families, ensuring we meet our objectives of preventing offending, diverting young people from the Criminal Justice System, and providing robust support to those facing Community Orders or Custodial sentences.

What you will do:

1. Lead and manage the Youth Justice Team to provide high-quality services to children, young people, and their families.
2. Implement strategies to prevent reoffending and effectively divert young individuals from entering the Criminal Justice System.
3. Coordinate support for young people who receive Court sentences, ensuring they receive guidance for both Community Orders and Custodial sentences.
4. Collaborate with a multi-agency team to develop comprehensive programmes that benefit both the youth and community.
5. Engage with families and victims to support their journey alongside the formal justice processes.
6. Regularly review and enhance service delivery based on the latest best practices and policies.
