Organization:

We are looking for a Team Leader to play a key role in furthering our mission in our retail area.


Summary/Objective:
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Team Leader serves as hiring manager if the Manager and/or Assistant Manager are absent. Completes employee work schedules and conducts evaluations in ADP as needed. Handles customer complaints. Oversees store operations including inventory, warehouse and stock rotation. Performs all administrative and clerical details associated with store operations and orders supplies as needed. Provides supervision for all sales associates, trains employees and follows cash handling procedures on a daily basis.


Skills and Knowledge:
Has comprehensive knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting to maintain sales records and files incidental reports to store operations. Possesses excellent character references and a well-developed sense of responsibility.


Minimum Requirements:
Must have a valid Driver's License.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED. One year of management experience.
