Team Leader

Location: Harrow

Salary: £13.50 - £14.50

One of my clients is a family-owned and run residential care home group. They are known for their consistency in delivering high standards of care, and their vision is to provide high-quality care in a home-from-home environment.

We are looking for an experienced team leader to support our manager with the day-to-day running of the home.

About You:

1. Previous experience working in a residential care home is essential.
2. Ideally hold a minimum of NVQ Health & Social Care Level 3 (or equivalent).
3. Dedicated to delivering high-quality care.
4. Experience of medication administration.
5. Experience of writing and implementing person-centred care plans.
6. Flexibility to adapt to the needs of our residents.
7. A good knowledge of CQC regulations.
8. A good knowledge & understanding of dementia.

About the Role:

1. Play an important role in ensuring we consistently deliver the highest standards of care to our residents.
2. Lead shifts, supporting the care team with best practice, training, and support.
3. Write, update, and review care plans.
4. Support the manager with a range of administrative tasks to support the daily running of the home.
5. Carry out internal audits.
6. Administer medicines and complete MAR charts.
7. Support our residents with personal care and all aspects of daily life.
8. Deliver a warm and friendly service, welcoming relatives and healthcare professionals to our home.
