Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative/s Required for the start of the new season! (March)

We require Team Leaders & mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative/s within Oxford and surrounding areas. This is a mobile role, and pick up/drop off can be arranged depending on your location.

You must have:

• Experience of managing a small team
• Working independently or within a small team
• Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
• Experience of using hand-held power tools, such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.

The job:

• Mobile round working on various multi-site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks, and open spaces
• Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites
• Working within a small team
• Customer service interaction is essential to ensure the client is happy with the works carried out
• Company van and mobile iPad are provided
• Vehicle checks

£30k-£40k based on 48 hours per week pay through an annualised hours programme. (Overtime may be available at a premium rate but not guaranteed)
