Location: PR2, Preston
Salary: £12.20 - £13.20 per hour (DOE)
Hours: 7am-3.30pm

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Team Leader to oversee production in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for supervising staff, operating machinery, and ensuring production targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate production line staff.
2. Operate and oversee machinery to maintain efficient production.
3. Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
4. Monitor and enforce health & safety and hygiene regulations.
5. Assist with training and development of team members.
6. Communicate effectively with management and other departments.

Requirements:

1. Experience in food production or manufacturing.
2. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
3. Ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.
4. Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
5. Flexibility to work shifts if required.
