Digital Marketing Team Leader – Maternity Cover


We’re looking for a proactive and dynamic Team Leader to drive the successful delivery of our Digital Marketing campaigns. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for your team and for key stakeholders. Your focus will be on ensuring daily operations run smoothly, campaigns are delivered to the highest standard, and your team is motivated, supported, and performing at their best. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining excellent service standards, coaching and developing your team, and delivering an exceptional experience for both partners and colleagues.

What you’ll be doing


  • Effectively managing the Digital Marketing workload, reviewing required capacity and making adjustments based on priorities and forecasted activity to ensure we meet SLAs and help deliver revenue.
  • Monitor campaign performance, investigating declines, and proactively communicating insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Run 1:1s and How's it Going sessions to support individual and team growth.
  • Support proposition development by actively collaborating with teams to ensure we strike the right balance between partners and Rightmove needs whilst safeguarding our database.
  • Provide technical coaching and development to improve campaign execution, including troubleshooting and enhancing campaign processes.
  • Maintain tools and systems to optimise campaign efficiency, addressing any external platform issues like deliverability on platforms such as Meta.
  • Drive continuous improvement through quality assurance and exploring efficiency gains in campaign processes.
  • Assist with reporting to support our Account Management Team, run campaign audits, billing preparation, and track monthly revenue performance.

  • Have excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels and confident to challenge in a balanced way that considers the team’s needs with those of stakeholders and partners.
  • Always striving to drive improvement within the team and highly motivated to drive efficiency, campaign performance and team health.
