Team Leader (Barista Maestro) - Haverhill High St - 25 hours per week - Across 4/5 days per week Permanent contract

What you’ll do

• Creating smooth shifts even in busy periods
• Training and accrediting new Baristas
• Stirring up success for yourself and your team
• Crafting new recipes to energise your team
• Keeping standards high, from excellent espressos to monthly coffee excellence scores
