About the role:

We are looking for a trusted Team Leader to join our friendly, professional team at the beautifully located home in Torquay. You will be responsible for running a shift and managing the team, medication administration, working with GP’s and District Nurses, and maintaining care records.

What you’ll need:

We pride ourselves on recruiting honest individuals who have a passion for looking after people, a good understanding of the needs of people with dementia and who share our core values. Ideally you will have team leader experience in a care setting but we are also keen to talk to you if you are looking to move to the next stage in your care career. All training is provided to help you become a professional and resilient member of our team.

Expected hours: 36 hours per week, on a 4 week rota
