An established charity is seeking a passionate Team Leader to join their Criminal Justice team. We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join the Criminal Justice team here at the Waltham Forest service. As part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work flexibly and creatively to establish what is needed to have the most positive impact for all who are referred to our service from the criminal justice system.
Our Team Leaders here at Change Grow Live play an integral role in ensuring effective service provision for our service users. This role will require you to be self-motivated and self-directed and will involve lots of in-reach work at local Prisons, Courts, Custody Suites, and Probation offices.
You will have a solid understanding of Continuity of Care within the sector as well as DRR / ATR management and delivery with Probation colleagues as well as IOM management alongside Police colleagues and managing Required Assessments in custody suites.

Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week
Full Time Salary Range: £35,220.59 - £37,184.91 dependent on experience (pro rata for part time hours)
Allowance: £2,195.72 Outer London Weighting, pro rata for part time hours
