Salary: A£13.10 per hour

The Role
As a Team Leader, it will be your duty to oversee the day-to-day running of the service. This will include supporting the staff team and the people supported.
They are looking for candidates who have obtained an NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or are willing to work towards this qualification.
There will be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions. You will be paid an additional A£60 per sleep-in.
As a Team Leader, you will be required to be part of the On Call rota for the service. You will be paid an additional A£10 per session.
This is an Independent Living service. Independent Living specialises in providing a flexible, client-driven approach to care, health and inclusion requirements for people with a wide range of needs and living situations.
Whether support is needed for an hour or two, or up to 24 hours a day, they help people to get the most out of life and their local community. This service, which embraces homecare, accessing local activities, community support and day services, supports all ages from late teens to elderly people.
