Team Assistant - Global Entertainment Brand
3-month contract (with potential to extend)
£20 per hour + holiday pay | Full-time | Hybrid | Based in West London
An exciting opportunity has opened up for a proactive and personable Team Assistant to join the team at a leading global entertainment brand. This temporary role is perfect for someone with proven PA or team assistant experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and enjoys supporting senior stakeholders while helping a large, vibrant team operate seamlessly.
Supporting a dynamic London-based team of around 250 people
Acting as the key contact for day-to-day team admin, facilities, and events
Providing holiday cover for senior-level assistants and helping coordinate executive travel and diaries
Organising and running weekly internal team stand-ups and presentations (virtual and in-person)
Partnering closely with Facilities to manage the office space, boardrooms and meeting logistics
Supporting the delivery of team events, off-sites, summits and socials
Assisting with onboarding tasks, visitor coordination and internal comms
Working with suppliers, processing purchase orders, managing expenses, and keeping the team stocked with essentials
Helping facilitate executive visits and key project work alongside the Executive Assistant
Previous experience as a PA or Team Assistant in a fast-paced, corporate environment
Confident working with senior executives and managing sensitive information
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge of MS Office and Microsoft Teams
Friendly, approachable, detail-oriented and calm under pressure
Comfortable working autonomously while also being a collaborative team player
Someone who thrives in large teams and enjoys being at the heart of things
Hybrid - 4 days in West London office (Monday to Thursday), 1 day from home (Friday)
