THIS IS A PART-TIME FULLY OFFICE-BASED ROLE WORKING 4 DAYS A WEEK INCLUDING FRIDAYS PAYING UP TO £30,000 FOR 4 DAYS.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Project & Office Administrator to join an independent creative project management company based in the Old Street/Liverpool Street area.

As Project & Office Administrator, your role will combine project administration support with general office management responsibilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient project delivery. The successful candidate will support project managers with various administrative tasks while also providing essential support to the Office Operations Manager.

Project Administration:

  • Provide administrative support for ongoing projects, including maintaining project documentation.
  • Update and maintain central project records and manage the company’s electronic filing system.
  • Log and upload project documents to relevant project file share systems.
  • Assist with project scheduling, appointments, and ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date.
  • Support project teams with risk management, invoicing, and updating project cash flows.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and catering arrangements for project teams.

Office Administration:

  • Ensure the office is always clean, organised and well-presented.
  • Manage meeting rooms, including booking, setup, catering, and technical support for audio visual equipment.
  • Handle general office correspondence and act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
  • Track stock and place orders for office supplies, including stationery and kitchen essentials.
  • Manage the office asset register and assist with onboarding new employees.
  • Support the Office Operations Manager with daily office activities and help organise company events and social activities.
  • Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, including proposals, presentations, and social media content.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong administrative skills with proven experience in project administration.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritise workload.
  • A proactive, approachable attitude with a strong customer service focus.
  • Experience with InDesign is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
