This is a 6-month contract, and the person will be required on site 5 days a week in Greenwich. The team administrator will provide effective administrative support to the senior team and effectively manage administration and day-to-day operation needs.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Coordinating IT requirements for the team.
  • Recording holiday/sick leave.
  • Maintaining accurate filing and archiving systems in accordance with QA procedures.
  • Coordinating phone calls & correspondence (e-mail and letters etc.).
  • Organizing internal meetings/booking of meeting rooms.
  • Managing multiple diaries and emails on behalf of director(s) and senior team.
  • Ensuring meetings are planned, organized and accurate actions/minutes are recorded.
  • Producing highly accurate documents in line with templates and quality requirements e.g. presentations, minutes and reports.
  • Organizing events/workshops.
  • Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You’ll need to have:

  • Demonstrated experience of IT skills covering Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated typing skills/ability.
  • Proven relevant experience in an office management or senior administrator capacity.
  • PA experience i.e. diary management/arranging travel.

You’ll also have:

  • Experience of web-based applications/software.
  • Previous experience in the construction industry.
