Reports to: Senior Accreditation Manager

Working Hours: Full time

Contract Type: Fixed term, May - Sept 2025

Role Description

This is an office-based admin role involving stock management of goods. The successful applicant will work within a team of eight to keep track of the movement of stock, as well as additional admin duties to support the team.

Full training on the specifics of the role will be given to the correct candidate; however, a proven ability to complete basic administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner is essential.

The role may be available on a rolling basis year on year for the right candidate.

Who you are

  • Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to understand and learn new technology and online systems.
  • Excellent written English and grammar.
  • Experience in stock management.

  • Ability to prioritise your workload whilst working to strict deadlines often under pressure.
  • Punctual and reliable, with the willingness to work extended hours particularly during our peak period of May-August.
  • Ability to liaise and communicate clearly, competently, and politely with colleagues.

What the role includes

  • Help to coordinate the flow of stock in and out of the office, including checking items when they come from suppliers, repackaging, and forwarding to the on-site offices while maintaining clear records of where items are at all times.
  • Keeping and sharing accurate and up-to-date records of items issued to different departments.
  • Carrying out post-show audits of items returned to the office.
  • Ensuring that unused stock is archived/disposed of appropriately and keeping all records up to date.
  • Liaising with internal IT and facilities departments to coordinate the delivery of office equipment to and from festival sites.
  • Booking the team's travel to and from festivals, and logging receipts from all transactions accurately.
  • Additional duties as required by business needs and objectives.
