About This Role:

The School requires from September 2025 a Teaching & Cover Assistant (Librarian) on a fixed term contract for one or two years. This is a full-time position, all year round, which includes lunch without charge in term time and discounted annual membership for the New Hall Sport Club, along with excellent benefits and CPD opportunities.

In this exciting professional opportunity, under the direction of the Class Teachers, the successful candidate will provide in-class support within the Pre-Prep Division (Reception to Year 2) and will supervise children during breaks, lunch, and after school. They will also be responsible for organising and managing the Prep Division library. Outside of term time, they will assist with the varied activities of the Prep Activity Scheme.

This post is suitable for experienced teaching assistants or for graduates who are considering a career in teaching/education and are wishing to gain experience within a school.
