Under the direction of the Class Teachers, the successful candidate will provide in-class support within the Pre-Prep Division (Reception to Year 2) and will supervise children during breaks, lunch and after school.

Teaching & Cover Assistant (Librarian)

Fixed term contract: one year or two years

Full-time, all year round

Lunch without charge in term time

Discounted annual membership for the New Hall Sport Club

In this exciting professional opportunity, the successful candidate will provide in-class support within the Pre-Prep Division (Reception to Year 2) and will supervise children during breaks, lunch and after school. They will also be responsible for organising and managing the Prep Division library. Outside of term time, they will assist with the varied activities of the Prep Activity Scheme.

This post is suitable for experienced teaching assistants or for graduates who are considering a career in teaching/education and are wishing to gain experience within a school.
