Prospero Teaching is currently recruiting for two enthusiastic and motivated teaching assistants to work for a good OFSTED-rated secondary school located in West London. They are interested in hearing from both experienced and recently qualified candidates, and will assist in supporting the right candidate where necessary. The school prides themselves on providing a great education to their students and is looking for teaching assistants with varying subject knowledge ranging from physical education to the core subjects, such as math or science. The school staff are passionate about what they do, and their commitment is evident in the wide range of curricular and co-curricular activities provided to the students. They all know their students well and monitor their attainment very closely to provide all adequate support needed. The ideal candidate will be charismatic and willing to work full-time hours.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver prepared planning
2. Ensure pupils are engaged and fulfil their learning objectives
3. Encourage students to reach their full potential
4. Following school policies and procedures
5. Providing one-on-one assistance to students

To qualify, you must have:

1. Be eligible to work in the UK
2. Be able to remain calm in stressful situations
3. Be highly motivated and focused on achieving the best for every student
4. Have a fun-working, positive attitude and desire towards working with all students
5. Have strong behaviour management skills
6. Have excellent communication skills
7. Be willing to work full-time hours
8. Be organized, with good time management
9. Successfully undergo criminal background checks
10. Have two professional child-related references
