£25,992-£28,264 (actual £19,485-£21,458)

The Role; What We’re Looking For

We need TAs who are:

• Committed to supporting all learners with bespoke communication approaches
• Skilled in positive behaviour management and solution-focused thinking
• Proactive team players with a growth mindset
• Passionate about supporting young people with SEND

You must hold:

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Education/Childcare/Child Development/Supporting Teaching & Learning (or equivalent)
• GCSEs at minimum Grade C/4 or above in English & Maths (or equivalent)
• Experience working with children with learning difficulties

If you would like to be considered for part-time working, the hours must include Wednesdays to enable attendance at after-school CPD.
