Supply Teaching Assistant - Flexible Opportunities in Stratford-upon-Avon

Aspire People are looking for experienced Teaching Assistants to provide flexible, part-time support across primary schools in Stratford-upon-Avon. If you are passionate about supporting students across all year groups, we want to hear from you.

Role Overview:
  1. Providing 1:1 and small group support to students
  2. Assisting across the whole school, adapting to different classrooms and learning needs
  3. Supporting pupils with SEN, so prior experience is highly desirable
  4. Ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Teaching Assistant in the UK
  2. A strong understanding of safeguarding procedures
  3. Confidence in working with students of varying abilities
  4. Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
