In this fulfilling role as a LSA Tonbridge Teaching Assistant - SEND, you will:

• Provide personalized support to pupils facing social, emotional, and mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with teachers to effectively manage classroom behaviour.
• Advocate for the progress and development of every student in your care.

• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Have access to a car and a valid driving license.
• Pass thorough safer recruitment background checks.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a Child Enhanced DBS certificate.
• Show a strong commitment to safeguarding.
• Demonstrate adaptability, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for working with young people from diverse backgrounds.
