Are you a psychology graduate looking for a role in teaching/education?

In partnership with a number of primary schools across the Bolton area, Teaching Personnel is seeking to recruit psychology graduates to support the academic and personal development of pupils and assist with behaviour management.

The schools are keen to provide opportunities to positive role models who can create a safe and supportive environment for their pupils and encourage positive choices within the classroom.

This role includes:

  1. Providing support within the classroom, as well as working in small groups or on a 1:1 basis with children who require additional, tailored support.
  2. Providing consistent support to the Class Teacher throughout the day.
  3. Monitoring the pupils’ progress and providing feedback.
  4. Intervention support may also be required based on the needs of the pupils and your own expertise.
  5. Collaborating effectively with other members of staff within the school.

The pay for this role is £13.75-£14.50 per hour.

The working hours are typically Monday-Friday 08:30-15:30.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
