Term Time Only

About the Role

Shape Futures as a Teaching Assistant at EFI!

Join our team and play a vital role in supporting student success at the Education for Industry Group. Work closely with teachers, provide high-quality learning support, and inspire students to reach their potential. If you're committed, adaptable, and passionate about empowering learners we'd love to have you on our team.

The role will report into the Education for Industry Group division, however, will either be based at the Fashion Retail Academy and London College of Beauty Therapy.

About You:

  • Qualifications: A good general level of education, including Grade C or equivalent in English and Maths.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Cover Tutor, or in a similar role.
  • Expertise: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage students and manage behaviours effectively. Proficiency in IT facilities and packages and knowledge of safeguarding procedures in education is essential.
  • Passion: A genuine interest in promoting and supporting education for young people. Positive and proactive, you'll be a collaborative team player committed to high standards and fostering student success.

Salary

£25,889.33 per annum (0.975FTE), subject to qualifications and experience
