Salary: £100 - £120 per day

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide classroom support to students, assisting with learning activities and engagement.
2. Work collaboratively with teachers to implement lesson plans and tailored learning strategies.
3. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student progress.
4. Offer one-to-one or small group support to students who require additional assistance.
5. Assist with classroom management, behavior support, and student well-being.
6. Adapt learning materials and techniques to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with SEND.

Candidate Profile:

1. Essential: A genuine passion for education and student development.
2. Preferred: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with students with SEND.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
4. A proactive and adaptable approach to working in a dynamic educational setting.
5. A commitment to ongoing professional growth and training.
6. An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
