An established industry player is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support teachers in delivering exceptional education tailored to the unique needs of pupils with autism. As a qualified Teaching Assistant, your role will be to support our teachers in providing and developing a high-quality education to address the individual needs of pupils.
Good autism practice is essential to this role, along with a person-centred approach to learning. As a Teaching Assistant, you will have the ability to be adaptable and dynamic in your approaches. It is vital that you can maintain an environment where our pupils feel happy, safe and valued.
You will possess the relevant teaching assistant qualifications for this position and a qualifications matrix can be found on the person specification. As part of this role, you will need to be comfortable in providing intimate care.
