A charming, bright and child-centered primary school based in Bradford-on-Avon is currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to promote and assist the delivery of classroom learning in Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2. This is a perfect prospect for aspiring teachers to start their career in education and to gain an understanding of the National Curriculum.

As a teaching assistant, you will co-operate with specialist and outstanding teachers to stimulate an engaging and effective learning environment that allows learners to thrive to reach their potentials. The teaching assistant role is a fulfilling and meaningful position where each day provides new challenges. As a Teaching Assistant, you could be the positive role model that a child desperately needs in order for them to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the delivery of classroom learning across various key stages.
2. Support children with ASD, behavioral issues, and learning difficulties.
3. Co-operate with teachers to create an engaging learning environment.
4. Help in core subjects such as Maths and Science, as well as foundation subjects like PSHE and Music.

Qualifications:

1. Previous working experience with children is favorable but not essential.
2. Relevant experience could include mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or assisting in a nursery or childcare setting.

Details:

1. Salary: £80 - £95 per day
2. Full-Time: 8:30am - 3:30pm
3. Location: Bradford-on-Avon
