Teaching Assistant 1:1 Support Named Child

28 hours a week (Flexible Hours can negotiate) - term time only (39 weeks)
This is a Fixed Term Contract until the child leaves the school.
Grade 3 (£25,584 – 27,269) pro rata.

The Headteacher and Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking and highly motivated Teaching Assistant who:

• Is qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in a relevant discipline.
• Is an outstanding and reflective practitioner with high expectations for all children.
• Has experience of working with pupils with a range of learning needs and SEMH difficulties.
• Has a good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum.
• Is a team player who is also able to work independently.
• Is able to communicate effectively in a wide range of situations.
• Has a good and effective range of behavioural management skills.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore will be subject to a DBS from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
