Job description

Rikama Education Ltd are currently working with a SEN School in Sevenoaks who are looking to recruit a driven and professional SEN Teaching Assistant.


The school that we partner with are looking for a Teaching Assistant who can support students with social, emotional and mental health needs.


Responsibilities:
  1. To provide a safe, supportive and nurturing classroom environment
  2. To liaise with the lead teacher in preparing the classroom
  3. Support children with special educational needs and diverse learning styles
  4. Track and monitor student progression
  5. Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures

Minimum Requirements:
  1. Experience of working with children or young adults
  2. Knowledge of working with social, emotional and mental health
  3. A full RTW in the UK
