As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored support to students at KS3, KS4, and those with special educational needs (SEN). Your responsibilities will include:

1. Offering personalised one-to-one support to address individual learning needs
2. Assisting teaching staff in delivering high-quality education and collaborating with teachers to deliver small group instruction
3. Cultivating a positive and inclusive learning environment
4. Supporting students' emotional and social development

Requirements:

1. Child-based work experience; Teaching Assistant experience is desirable
2. Experience supporting students with SEND
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Commitment to supporting student development and well-being
5. Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and Professional references checks
6. Full CV history with all employment and education included
