Join Our Team: Teaching Assistant for Students with Special Educational Needs

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team in Grantham, Lincolnshire.

Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Grantham, Lincolnshire
Working Hours: 08:30 - 15:30 (Term Time Only)
Salary: Starting at £90 per day, with the potential to increase based on experience

Responsibilities:
  • Support students with special educational needs in both classroom and individual settings.
  • Assist with personal care as needed.
  • Work alongside teachers and other professionals to create an inclusive learning environment.
  • Help to implement tailored learning strategies for students with diverse needs.
  • Foster a positive, nurturing environment for all students to thrive.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
