Nursery Teaching Assistant

Calling all CACHE Level 2 and 3 Teaching Assistants looking for a great role in a lovely Berkhamsted Nursery!

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a fantastic Nursery School located in beautiful Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire. They are looking to recruit at least two Nursery TA's who are keen to work in a lively, large nursery with 75 children split across 3 classes.

Requirements:

1. Must hold CACHE Level 2 or 3

Details:

1. Lovely Nursery School with 75 children across 3 classes by age group
2. Full time role over 4 or 5 days per week working the same hours (37 in either pattern)
3. Post could become permanent for the right staff members
4. £89 to £129 per day (based on shift pattern)

This exceptional Early Years Nursery is oversubscribed on a yearly basis and has a reputation for giving children the best start to their educational journey. Due to expansion, the Nursery is looking to bring in a minimum of two Nursery Teaching Assistants on a temporary to permanent basis at the earliest opportunity.

Currently, there are 3 classes of 2, 3, and 4-year-olds separated by age, and the opportunity would be to work in a year group of your choice, with each age having differing needs. The school is well-resourced and has recently been awarded an 'Outstanding' grade from Ofsted.

To join us and be successful in this Nursery Teaching Assistant role, we require:

1. Experience working as a TA in a similar setting holding at least CACHE Level 2 qualification
2. Plenty of energy and enthusiasm to inspire early learners
3. Be available for a long-term role with the desire to take on a permanent position if all goes well
4. Be keen to continue your own personal development taking part in regular CPD sessions

This is a full-time role with the Nursery being open between 8am and 6pm. Staff will work either a 4-day or 5-day week based on preference.
