Responsibilities:

1. Encourage the student to develop self-learning habits by reviewing their progress.
2. Act as a source of knowledge for the student by sharing necessary materials to help them succeed.
3. Improve the learning process for the student, regardless of their age and background.

Requirements:

1. Must have willingness to follow the company's policies and procedures.
2. The ability to establish and maintain constructive tutor-student relationships.
3. Degree or certificate in teaching or in a specialized subject (an advantage).
