She’s having a last minute panic.

1. Draft a schedule that will improve the student's knowledge of Spanish within reasonable timeframes.
2. Establish a friendly and professional manner of giving feedback.
3. Provide high-quality tutoring in Spanish.
4. Utilize various teaching materials and approaches to suit the student's level of understanding.

Requirements:

1. Able to work with people of various backgrounds and ethnicities.
2. Teaching experience is an advantage.
3. Must have no problems with management of lessons and students.
4. High school diploma or equivalent will be an advantage.
