1. Draft a customized syllabus according to the needs of the student.
2. Provide practical examples for clear understanding of subject topics.
3. Conduct regular assessments of the student.
4. Tutor the student using customized lesson plans.

Requirements:

1. Must be genuinely interested in the development of the student.
2. Experience in following a structured tutoring syllabus.
3. Be adaptable to changes in the student’s requirements.
4. Must be able to identify the obstacles of the student and adjust the learning plan accordingly.
