1. Give appropriate comments on both student’s mistakes and achievements.
2. Tutor the student using customized lesson plans.
3. Create a learning environment where the student can constantly upgrade their skills.
4. Encourage the student in their study process.

Requirements:

1. Able to work with people of various backgrounds and ethnicities.
2. Be adaptable to changes of the student’s requirements.
3. Must be able to identify the obstacles of the student and adjust the learning plan accordingly.
4. Must be comfortable working with students from diverse multicultural environments.
