Through Teaching Personnel

Are you an inspiring Social Sciences teacher looking for a new opportunity in York? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated educator to teach subjects such as Sociology, Psychology, and Criminology at a thriving secondary school.

Responsibilities:

• Full-time teaching position, delivering engaging Social Sciences lessons.
• Planning, marking, and assessing in line with the national curriculum.
• Encouraging critical thinking and discussion in the classroom.
• Supporting students' academic progress and personal development.

Minimum Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Social Sciences at KS4 and KS5.
• Strong subject knowledge in Sociology, Psychology, or related fields.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
