Job Title: Teacher of Primary
Location: Wimborne, Dorset
Salary: £30,000 - £46,535 per annum (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate/September 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time/Permanent

What You'll Be Doing:

• Deliver well-structured and exciting lessons that meet the national curriculum standards.
• Teach across Key Stages 1 and 2, adapting content to match students' varied learning styles.
• Build a classroom environment that supports inclusion, respect, and active participation.
• Use effective assessment strategies to monitor progress and provide feedback.
• Work closely with other staff members to support pupil development and school-wide goals.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) status – required.
• Experience teaching in primary settings, preferably across KS1 and KS2.
• Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.
• A commitment to inspiring curiosity, confidence, and academic growth in students.
• SEN experience is highly regarded.
• Applications from overseas-trained teachers are welcomed if eligibility to teach in the UK is met.
• A CV that clearly outlines the last 10 years of employment, with any gaps explained.
• An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one through GSL.
