Essential Requirements

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
• Strong knowledge of the Maths curriculum and experience delivering the curriculum to KS3 and KS4.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Use a variety of teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Prepare students for GCSE examinations, ensuring they reach their full potential.
• Use data-driven approaches to inform teaching practices and interventions.
• Develop and implement differentiated learning resources.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Maths curriculum and educational trends.
• Promote high expectations and academic excellence among students.
• Use technology to enhance learning experiences and engagement.
