Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring DT lessons across Key Stage 3 - 5.
- Teaching Product Design to Key Stage 5 is essential.
- Teaching Construction to KS4 is desired.
- Parents Evening attendance.
- Support with the planning and organising of school trips.
- Support with extracurricular sessions.
- Embrace the role of a form tutor, supporting students' personal growth and development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or international equivalent qualification.
- Enhanced DBS certificate to ensure a safe learning environment.
- Open to Early Career Teachers (ECTs), offering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
- A strong drive and determination to progress students' technological skills and overall learning.
- An availability to start on the 1st week of the 2024/25 Academic Calendar.
