I am working with a Sixth Form College with state of the art facilities and top notch support on hand, who are on the hunt for their next Business Studies Lecturer on a full-time, permanent basis.

You'd be joining a growing department with excellent vision and values with the sole intent of delivering the most engaging and enveloping courses for their Business learners, and supporting the fantastic team.

This role involves delivering GCSE and A Level Business, equipping students with key business and employability skills.

Location: Brighton
Hours: Full-Time, permanent
Salary: Specific Salary Scale set by the Sixth Form College

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teach and assess Business courses, ensuring student success.
2. Develop and enhance course content to align with industry standards.
3. Support students with academic progress and career development.
4. Work collaboratively to improve the curriculum and learning experience.

What We're Looking For:

1. Degree in Business or a related subject.
2. Teaching experience.
3. Teaching qualification (Desirable).
4. Strong communication and mentoring skills.
