Location: Meriden, Warwickshire
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

A specialist SEN school in Meriden is seeking a dedicated Teacher or Cover Supervisor with animal care experience to join their team. This unique role offers the opportunity to engage students with autism, ADHD, and other additional needs through animal-assisted learning and care activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Delivering engaging lessons with a focus on animal care, well-being, and therapeutic activities.
2. Supervising and supporting students in a structured SEN learning environment.
3. Using animal care as a tool to promote social skills, emotional well-being, and engagement.
4. Managing the classroom effectively and fostering a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere.
5. Collaborating with teaching staff, therapists, and support workers to meet students' individual needs.
