Are you ready to make a real impact from day one? We're looking for passionate, dedicated educators to join the founding team of a brand-new specialist school for pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder, opening in September 2025. Be part of something meaningful - shaping a nurturing, aspirational learning environment right from the very beginning.

About the School

A brand-new specialist school for children aged 7-16, with a primary diagnosis of ASD. Most pupils will be working towards leaving the school with some GCSE qualifications. A beautiful rural setting, surrounded by nature - with plenty of parking and fantastic facilities. Full induction starting late August to prepare for a successful September launch.

Current Vacancies

  1. Maths Teacher
We're seeking qualified teachers who are confident delivering their subject up to GCSE level. SEN experience is desirable, but not essential - what matters most is compassion, creativity, and a student-centred approach. You'll play a key role in building routines, curriculum, and culture alongside an experienced, supportive team.
  2. English Teacher
  3. Personal Development Lead (PSHE / Life Skills)
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in PSHE, life skills, or personal development. QTS is not required - ideal for someone with a background in youth work, wellbeing, or SEND support. You'll be helping young people build independence, resilience, and real-world skills.

Why Join Us?

  1. A rare opportunity to help shape a brand-new school, providing a fantastic foundation for career progression.
  2. Small class sizes and a nurturing environment.
  3. Collaborative, inclusive ethos focused on individual progress and wellbeing.
  4. Full-time, permanent positions with a healthy work-life balance (no late evenings or weekend expectations).
  5. Supportive induction and ongoing professional development.
  6. Huge car park (having access to a vehicle is preferable due to the school's remote location).
