Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary/Elementary School Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to teach in the USA through our partner organisation? We are seeking qualified primary/foundation stage teachers to join a dynamic and supportive team in Virginia as part of a 5 year J-1 Visa Exchange Program.

Please note: This opportunity is part of the J-1 visa program and does not lead to permanent residence in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for young learners.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to enhance student success.
  • Maintain a well-managed and structured classroom.

Eligibility Criteria:

To apply, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Non-U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
University degree in teacher education (Foundation phase/intermediate phase)
Minimum of 2 years of full-time, post-graduate teaching experience with students aged 5-18.
Currently employed as a teacher at the time of application.
