The Role

As a Tax Transformation Manager, you will help clients navigate evolving tax regulations, implementing innovative technology solutions to streamline tax compliance and reporting. Your role will focus on:

• Leading Pillar 2 and tax transformation projects
• Designing and improving tax data management and reporting processes
• Advising on technology solutions to enhance tax function efficiency
• Engaging with senior stakeholders across tax, finance, and technology teams

What We Are Looking For

• Strong experience in tax compliance, technology, or transformation (in-house or professional services)
• Strong knowledge of international tax principles and BEPS 2.0 Pillar 2
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and tax technology tools
• Ability to manage projects, lead teams, and drive process improvements
• Passion for tax innovation, automation, and digital transformation
