Job description
As a Tax Transformation Director, you will lead and own the client relationships with some of the UK's largest FS sector businesses, plus overseas FS sector giants.
Work will range from large-scale data lake projects (ETL/ETL), to assessing the best way for your client's Tax function to operate and be an effective business partner. Projects Tax Transformation Directors may work on include:
- Outsourcing of compliance functions
- Mapping global tax functions
- Overseeing tax data cleanses
Work will come to those who most effectively utilise the internal (including international) network. The best Directors (who move quickest to Partner) are those who can spot opportunities for colleagues within their clients, as a result of a close relationship based on commercial and strategic discussions, not just transactional.
